June 16, 2008 - On Thursday, June 26, 2008 and on Tuesday, July 1, 2008, between 12:00 PM and 5:00 PM each day, CWA Local 1081 attorney Annmarie Pinarski, Esq. will be available to meet with the members of our Union that are plaintiffs in order to finalize our overtime lawsuit settlement with the County of Essex. The meetings will take place in our Local’s office at 60 Park Place, Suite 1105, Newark. More detail is available here.

June 3, 2008 - Union Local CWA 1081 protests the unreliable, often inaccurate Automated Time and Attendance Records Keeping System used by the Essex County Department of Welfare as the sole means of determining attendance.
