  2. All documentation and reports regarding the experience of the expenditures by the County of Essex for its premium health benefits plans (Blue & Aetna), provided its employees and retirees, as received from its broker, Commerce Banc Insurance Services, Inc., from 11/1/06 through 9/30/07.
  3. All documentation and reports regarding the experience of the expenditures by the County of Essex for its prescription drug plan (Caremark), provided its employees and retirees, from 11/1/06 through 9/30/07.
