Withdrawal of Grievance
Premature Increase of Health Insurance Co-Payments
Dear Ms. Gaccione:
CWA Local 1081 submits this withdrawal of our attached grievance entitled “Premature Increase of Health Insurance Co-Payments”, as has CWA National Union Representative Alan Kaufman withdrawn the above cited arbitration case “PERC #AR 15-474” that had been scheduled for a hearing on July 27, 2015, both having been submitted within the exact same respect.
As its quid pro quo, the County of Essex has agreed it shall not effectuate any health benefits or pension deductions from our Union’s members’ twenty-seventh pay within FY 2015.
