One Client, One Worker
Protest Demonstration!

Why: To force the State of New Jersey, and the Administration of Essex County Executive Joseph DiVincenzo, to do the following:
1. End the disastrous “Case Banking” procedures that deprive clients of the Essex County Division of Welfare of having only one worker to service their case.
2. End the long lines of clients waiting for hours to be interviewed and their even longer waiting to receive services.
3. End the stress on employees, and clients alike, by hiring more employees and obtaining an additional site.
