Identity of New ECDW Director
Dear Mr. Venezia:
CWA Local 1081 respectfully submits this Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request our Union be provided the following documents, promulgated and/or received, by the County of Essex regarding the selection by the Administration of Essex County Executive Joseph DiVincenzo of a replacement Director of the Essex County Division of Welfare upon the recent retirement of immediately past former Director Sharon Butler:
- All documents delineating, and/or referencing, the selection and/or appointment of a new Director of the Essex County Division of Welfare.
- Said documents shall include, but be not limited to, emails, letters, faxes, etc. internal to the County of Essex and/or between the County of Essex and the State of New Jersey and any other applicable entities and persons.
Please be advised that were the County to fail to provide the requested documents within the legally prescribed time frame, our Union shall be compelled to file a complaint with the New Jersey Government Records Council.
