Re: Corrected OPRA Request
2013 for 2014 $22.777 Million MOU
Dear Mr. Venezia:
CWA Local 1081 respectfully submits this corrected Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request our Union be provided the following documents by the County of Essex:
- Copies of all documents within the possession of the County of Essex delineating its request to the State of New Jersey for an advance of $22,771,000 in TANF administrative funding per the attached Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) entered into with the State as the County was "seeking fiscal relief in county fiscal year 2014". (Please note, the date "2014" was mistakenly listed as "2012" within my attached otherwise nearly identical OPRA request of February 28, 2014).
- Copies of all documents within the possession of the County of Essex delineating its receipt of the $22,771,000 in TANF administrative funding from the State of New Jersey.
- Copies of all documents within the possession of the County of Essex delineating its expenditure of $22,771,000 in TANF administrative funding received from the State of New Jersey.
- Our request for documents includes all letters, emails, texts, faxes, telephone records and any other memorialized means of communication between the County of Essex and the State of New Jersey in the above cited regard..
Please be advised that the County's mere provision of the above cited attached MOU does not satisfactorily sate my OPRA request for the other related documents I've requested therein. Were the County to fail to provide said documents, I shall file a GRC complaint.
