Re: OPRA Request
Department of Citizen Services "Directors"
Dear Mr. DiVincenzo:
CWA Local 1081 respectfully submits this Open Public Records Act (OPRA) request our Union be provided the following by your Administration:
- Copies of all documents within the possession of the County of Essex delineating the work titles ascribed to Mr. Anibal Ramos and Ms. Lucia Guarini as employees of the County.
- Copies of all documents within the possession of the County of Essex delineating the respective salaries and benefits afforded Mr. Anibal Ramos and Ms. Lucia Guarini within their above requested work titles.
- Copies of all documents within the possession of the County of Essex connoting whether or not Mr. Anibal Ramos and Ms. Lucia Guarini are, respectively, full time or part time employees of the County.
With the Essex County Division of Welfare (as are its counterpart agencies throughout New Jersey) undergoing major changes to its policies and procedures, our agency has not had a Deputy Director since Director Davis' retirement in October, 2013. This dire dearth of a Deputy Director exists even as the your Administration is apparently replacing what has always been one Department of Citizen Services Director with two individuals.
CWA Local 1081 thanks you, in advance, for your anticipated expeditious cooperation with this sincere supplication you provide us the information we seek.
Yours truly,
David H. Weiner, President, CWA Local 1081
