Dear Ms. Davis:
CWA Local 1081 submits this Step II Class Action Contractual Grievance on behalf of our applicable members assigned to the offices of the Essex County Division of Welfare where there exists a pronounced paucity of printer paper.
The lack of such cited replacement supplies has led to workers scrambling for printer paper and oft times hoarding same. Many of our Union's members are unable to process cases, thus leading to reduced production and delays in case disposition.
The resolution CWA Local 1081demands to this grievance consists of the County immediately ensuring an adequate supply of printer paper is provided all agency offices.
We seek a hearing in this regard.
