Dear Mr. Weiner:
Please be advised that I am in receipt of your OPRA request regarding information for the Embroidered/Silk Screen T-Shirts contract. In response to items #1 and 2, from the list below, the $150,000 is an amount not to be exceeded and is currently reflected in the general operating account of the County. Specific amounts are not encumbered until the requesting department submits a purchase requisition and is approved by the Board of Chosen Freeholders. Once executed, the amount will be reflected on the expense report of the requesting department.

5, there are no records fitting
those items due to the fact that there have been no purchase requests nor any
