As per the presentation provided by CWA Local 1081 Financial Committee Chairperson Hemesh Shah at our Union's January 22, 2009 membership meeting, the County has already implemented the Flexible Spending Account Program for our members to pay for unreimbursed medical care for their dependents on a pre-taxed basis, thus saving them hundreds of dollars per year.
Director Nigro's attached response to our Union's attached grievance is, therefore, perfunctory.
