Re: Rejoinder to Step II Class Action Contractual Grievance Response

       GA Office Construction Contaminates

Dear Mr. Nigro:

CWA Local 1081 submits this memorialized manner of making known our Union’s appreciation for the fashion in which the subject of our above cited Step II Class Action Contractual Grievance was resolved through the extraordinarily effective and expeditious efforts of Chief of Administrative Services Marc Pilchman. His ensuring the containment of debris from the deconstruction of the rear of the second floor of the Military Park office, and the covering of the debris within the landlord’s operatives’ wheelbarrows as they removed the refuse, is reflective of his professional proficiency and executive empathy for the feelings and well being of the members of CWA Local 1081.

Our Union thanks as well the inimitable impresario, proprietor Miles Berger, for his part in this providential parable.

Sincerely,

David H. Weiner, President

CWA Local 1081
