SUBJECT: Free Flu Shots Schedule
In a long standing partnership between CWA Local 1081 and the Administration of the County of Essex, free flu shots will be provided our Union’s members desiring them. CWA Local 1081 is paying the $20.00 per flu shot fee for our members and Essex County Health Office Michael Festa has arranged for the provision of the inoculations.
As has been the case from this program’s inception, CWA Local 1081 Recording Secretary Carol Englund will ably administer the program for our Union.
All CWA Local 1081 members wishing to take part in the program will have to sign a release provided by Sister Englund on the day flu shots are given.
The free flu shots schedule is as follows:
ø 10/6/10: Hall of Records, 10:00 am-1:00 pm, Rm.348
ø 10/8/10: 18 Rector St., 10:00 am-12:00 pm, 2nd Fl.
50 So. Clinton St., 1:00 pm-3:00 pm, 5th Fl
