Re: Inoperable Inquisition Instruments

Dear Mr. Nigro:

CWA Local 1081 respectfully submits this memorialized aide memoire to you regarding the fact that the Automated Time and Attendance Program was not functioning this week for two days within both the Downtown Citizen Services Center and Office of Child Support and Enforcement office respectively located on the seventh and fifth floors of the privately-owned 18 Rector Street, Newark site.

The ensuing disorientation and discomfort suffered by the adversely affected members of CWA Local 1081, as they were directed to swipe-in within the agency’s Central Administrative Offices located on the ninth floor of the facility, is, our Union cogently contends, further proof of the inaccuracy and inadequacy of the Automated Time and Attendance Program which has been managerially manipulated to mete out the maximum measure of misery upon our members.

Sincerely,

David H. Weiner, President
